First option is "All Rights Reserved"....Pick this one if you are not authorizing the use of your image, unless they get your written permission... preferably, in a contract form for a one time use in a single publication.
BUT, find out also what an industry standard payment is... circulation amount is a big factor (the higher the #, the higher the compensation), Cover page or not, Cover or full page image demands a higher compensation.
And so on.

Mmm. I always thought that "All Rights Reserved" was default at Flickr.
Thanks for the info, although it is unlikely that anyone would use one of my photos so I would be flattered rather than angry when someone would use one of my photos ;-)
